Structure of Nut Electrode of Intermediate Frequency Spot Welder
The nut electrode of the intermediate frequency spot welder is the lower electrode and the upper electrode, and the lower electrode locates the workpiece. Generally, the workpiece is held from the bottom to the top, and it has a positioning and fixing effect. The workpiece needs to be pre-opened at the spot welding nut and opposite to the nut. The insulation is provided with a positioning pin extending upward from the hole into the nut to position the nut. To ensure the insulation of the positioning pin, the positioning pin cannot extend out of the nut to ensure smooth spot welding of the nut.
The positioning pin is generally set on the lower electrode through an insulating layer. After multiple uses, the insulating layer will cause wear and tear to make the positioning pin come out, affecting the normal use of the electrode. Moreover, the positioning pin is in contact with the inner hole of the nut during the entire welding process, which is difficult to avoid. The rabbit adhesion occurs, which affects the welding quality, and affects the later assembly of the nut. Therefore, a spot welding electrode is needed. When the nut is welded on the workpiece, it can ensure the good positioning of the positioning pin on the nut without occurrence of the positioning pin and the nut. The adhesion guarantees the welding accuracy and the later assembly of the nut. When the positioning pin does not fall off, the electrode has a longer service life.
The nut anti-adhesion spot welding electrode, when welding the nut on the workpiece, can ensure the good positioning of the positioning pin to the nut, and no adhesion between the positioning pin and the nut occurs, ensuring the welding accuracy and the later assembly of the nut, and at the same time, it will not Occurrence of the positioning pin falling off, so that the electrode has a longer service life.
The nut anti-adhesion spot welding electrode includes an upper electrode and a lower electrode. Stick spot welding electrodes. The nut electrode material is generally made of KCF material and machinable ceramics to solve the positioning pin problem, so that the damage to the thread during welding will generally not occur.
